Men, I want you to have vibrant health so that you can:

  1. Love your wife

  2. Lead your family

  3. go and make disciples

You have been given the responsibility to lead!

I know from experience, leading is the last thing I feel like doing when my body feels terrible, I haven’t been sleeping, and my relationship with The Lord has taken a back seat.

Resiliency is the strength to adapt and recover from the stress of life.

In order to be resilient, we need to have:

  • healthy nutrition

  • detox from toxins

  • peace with our work

  • quality relationships

  • and maintain intimacy with your savior.

If you are going to passionately love your wife, if you are going to fiercely lead your family through the good, the bad, and the ugly, and if you are going to faithfully obey God’s command to “Go therefore and make disciples…” (Matthew 28:19a), then you need to start by working on yourself!

Before you can help others, you need to take care of yourself!

I am reminded of this everyday in my Chiropractic office. Your wife, family, and your community need you to be at firing on all cylinders at 1000%. Anything less is unacceptable.
